Excellent experience! My hot water tank wasn’t working. So, I “googled” looking for a company. Found the Burton and Sons website. As I was perusing the site, an online tech messaged me, which was awesome and so helpful. I called around 9:30 am and the service tech, Jaylon was there by 10:45 am. He was super polite and friendly, diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price then after running to get the part was done by 12:30!! Fast, friendly service, super helpful all around. Thank you!!

Tech's Alan and Chris were absolutely wonderful! The response time was quick and the service was thorough. They took the time to explain the work that was to be performed, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
